I treat adults experiencing a variety of life challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, gender dysphoria, and other day to day life struggles. Proudly serving the LGBTQIA+ community.
My Background and Approach
When you are going through life’s many challenges, I’m here to support you. My approach to therapy is to provide a safe space and to listen to you non-judgmentally, sincerely and compassionately. I will strive to help you struggle less and live a more meaningful, vital life. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches including Acceptance & Commitment therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every person has value and that we are all in this human life that comes with a variety of ups and downs. Healing, connecting, and living wholeheartedly is possible for us all. I look forward to this journey with you!
