You feel stuck with internal mental and emotional distress or wounding that impacts your nervous system, like how safe or unsafe you feel in your body, and it may even be impacting how close you feel to God. My Background and Approach
LPC, EMDR Certified by EMDRIA, Christian Faith-Based for those who desire. I offer EMDR Therapeutic Intensives only so that my clients, often experiencing the effects of trauma, can accelerate their healing journey over the course of several hours over 1-3 days rather than the frustrations of weekly sessions. Clients often gain the equivalent therapeutic benefits of one to two years of weekly sessions with one intensive.
