About My Clients

I work best with adults (25–64) navigating trauma, burnout, grief, or big identity shifts — especially those who are neurodivergent or newly unmasking. If you’re exhausted from holding it all together, feeling emotionally dysregulated, or just trying to figure out who you are now, you’re in the right place. My clients are deep feelers, recovering overthinkers, and people ready to do the work — even if it’s messy.

My Background and Approach

I’m a licensed therapist in Massachusetts and Connecticut with over 10 years of experience in community mental health. I’m trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Motivational Interviewing, and I’m a Certified Autism Clinical Specialist. I specialize in working with adults navigating trauma, burnout, emotional dysregulation, grief, and identity transitions. I also support many clients who are autistic or have ADHD—diagnosed or suspected—particularly those exploring unmasking and self-acceptance. My approach is collaborative, grounded, and focused on creating a space where you feel seen and supported without pressure to perform or explain your entire existence. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I tailor sessions to your lived experience and offer practical strategies along the way. You don’t need to have it all figured out to start—we’ll work through it together.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy should be a space where all parts of you are welcome — the messy, the masked, the misunderstood. I value authenticity, self-compassion, neurodiversity, and mental health access without judgment or stigma. I’m deeply affirming of the LGBTQIA+ community, trauma survivors, and those who have felt like they don’t quite fit in traditional spaces. I support the Black Lives Matter movement and believe mental health care must be culturally aware and anti-oppressive. I approach therapy through a neurodivergent-affirming and trauma-informed lens, which means you’ll never be asked to "tone it down" or pretend you're fine. Outside of therapy, I’m passionate about advocacy, education, and making systems more navigable for folks who’ve been historically misunderstood. Whether you’re unmasking, rebuilding, or just trying to feel safe in your own brain — you’re not alone, and I’m here for it.
