About My Clients
If you are navigating the complexities of trauma and seeking a nurturing space for healing, I invite you to reach out. You don’t have to take this journey alone. We will embark on a journey of self-discovery, resilience, and relational healing, forming a collaborative alliance that empowers and honors your lived experiences. I firmly believe that our past informs our present, and together we will explore and address persistent patterns that may be impacting your well-being.
My Background and Approach
With my background in nursing and a specialization in trauma recovery coaching, I embarked on a profound professional transformation, culminating in completing my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am deeply committed to the practice of trauma therapy, intertwining a blend of comprehensive clinical expertise, personal experiences, and an unyielding passion for assisting others in their healing process. I am trained in EMDR and Reiki, allowing for holistic and integrative approaches to healing. My approach is focused on you in a genuinely empathetic, compassionate, transparent manner where healing happens in relationship to yourself and others. We will work together to learn to calm, soothe, and find new coping skills. We will work together to challenge negative messages and decrease shame and guilt. We will work together to decrease the symptoms of trauma and heal. You don't need to suffer any longer. You don't have to do this alone.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe looking at one's past and seeing what wounds are impacting you today is important. We repeat familiar patterns. Childhood is the foundation, and sometimes, that foundation does not serve us as adults. Those childhood and attachment wounds can be healed, and patterns of connecting to others can be changed with help. I believe that we all need to build a diverse toolbox of coping skills. What works for one person may not work for another. I also believe true healing happens when therapy approaches incorporate both the mind and body.
