Sometimes life throws us challenges that we struggle to handle. Sometimes friends and family are able to help. However, there are times when we need additional help. In therapy, we will work together to help you find your strengths to work through the challenges you are facing, that might seem too overwhelming to handle. I use a variety of therapeutic methods to help find the one that best fits you and your needs. Working together, we can help you find a healthier path.
My Background and Approach
I meet clients where they are at. We start with where you are comfortable. I primarily approach clients with a Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) approach. I will help you learn tools that will help you help yourself.
