About My Clients
Making lasting changes for yourself and in your relationships, feeling more connected to your partner and others, increasing sexual and/or non-sexual intimacy, and having a safe place to share are all important elements when seeking therapy. I specialize in strengthening communication skills that can lead to increased intimacy and connections, as well as decreased conflictual patterns. All my services are conducted online via my secure video conferencing platform
My Background and Approach
I have a background in family, couples, and sex therapy work. I received my master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Antioch University Seattle and my Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Washington State University. I have also earned certification status as a sex therapist from the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors, & Therapists. My approach involves identifying your strengths and proposing a treatment plan that utilizes them to increase satisfaction. During couple's counseling individual strengths are identified, as well as strengths of the couple as a systemic unit. I aim to provide an online environment that is safe and supportive so you can learn and grow within yourself, relationships, sexuality, and experiences.
