About My Clients
I am passionate about working with adult survivors of childhood abuse and those with PTSD. I will collaborate with you at your pace to help you build the tools to reprocess traumatic memories, regulate your emotions and find relief from distress. I also support those in neurodiverse relationships learn to find a deeper connection and navigate challenges. I deeply understand anxiety, rumination and how overwhelming and distressing intrusive thoughts can be.
My Background and Approach
I am a neurodivergent-affirming therapist that specializes in working with adults in the LGBTQIA community, people in the kink and BDSM communities and those in polyamorous and ENM relationships. I am a trauma-informed therapist and I enjoy using EMDR, parts work and somatic body-focused therapies in our work together to help you find healing and empowerment. I do telehealth only and I currently focus on offering EMDR.
