About My Clients
Many people find themselves going through life on autopilot. Each day feels like an endless to-do list with an absence of feeling connected to moments that bring them joy. For individuals who have experienced trauma, simply surviving has become their way of life. Years may go by without moving toward their goals, often leading to feeling empty, numb, or hopeless. Fear of failure may lead to feeling stuck and unwilling or unable to take a step forward.
My Background and Approach
My goal is to create a space that allows for people to explore what has been contributing to problems in their lives, such as interpersonal difficulties, academic and occupational concerns, disordered eating, perfectionism, etc. This allows clients to learn how to acknowledge their experiences and learn how to process emotions, leading to healing and growth.
