About My Clients
I specialize in helping people who are looking to work deeply on healing from trauma and abuse, or are having trouble making the deep relationship connections they desire. All are welcome, and I especially enjoy working with clients who identify as POC, kinky/polyamorous, LGBTQ+, neuro-divergent, or have experiences of feeling misunderstood or disenfranchised. I come from a military, multicultural and immigrant family, so also especially enjoy working with clients from these backgrounds.
My Background and Approach
I help adults repair important relationships, heal from trauma and abuse, and cope with challenging feelings such as anxiety, depression and stress. I work by combining traditional talk therapy with a revolutionary treatment called brainspotting to help you heal from the top down and from the inside out. My approach is warm, caring and dedicated. During your therapy time, we focus 100% of our attention on helping you feel better. I help you clarify your goals, challenge the thoughts and behaviors that aren't working for you, and face what's too big to face on your own. Together, we make good shift happen!
