About My Clients
You are seeking therapy right now because there are changes you want to make. You’ve probably considered many avenues toward that change and are not sure where to start or how to keep yourself motivated to see your goals through. That is where I come in. Talking to a therapist is like having the ear and experience of a whole community. As I learn from each of my clients successes and challenges, I pass on what I have learned to you. I am here to guide and support you through your process.
My Background and Approach
Our work together may involve strategies including talking, homework to practice new skills, resource referrals and other efforts proven to help people heal and grow. If you wish, I can work with your doctor or psychiatrist who can prescribe medication. I bring over 23 years of experience to our sessions, working with a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We live in a busy complex world. Many of my clients feel stretched overly thin, while at the same time feeling determined to live the life closer to their dreams. I believe that you know yourself better than anyone else and you are a whole and complete individual. You are ready to make a commitment to yourself. I am here to guide and support you.
