About My Clients
I work with teens, adults, and couples who want to feel more confident, connected, and grounded. My clients are curious, thoughtful people navigating anxiety, self-doubt, relationship challenges, or big life transitions. Together, we explore patterns, build self-trust, and create meaningful change in a warm, supportive, and collaborative space.
My Background and Approach
I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #149224) providing virtual therapy across California through Coastal Counseling Collective. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and specialize in working with teens, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, self-doubt, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is warm, genuine, and collaborative—I draw from humanistic, positive psychology, and mindfulness-based techniques to support growth and clarity. I help clients strengthen self-trust, set boundaries, and create meaningful, lasting change. Every session is tailored to your needs, offering a space that’s compassionate, supportive, and focused on helping you feel more confident and connected.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy is about creating space to better understand yourself—who you are, what you value, and how you want to show up in your life and relationships. My goal is to help clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to make choices that align with their authentic selves. As a mom of two young children, I understand the importance of balance, support, and community. I’m passionate about helping others navigate the messy, beautiful parts of being human with more kindness and confidence.
