My mission in the therapy process is to create a supportive environment to help you heal, grow, find clarity, and become empowered to both live your most authentic life and connect more effectively with others. I believe we are all experts of our own vast life experiences, and I will partner with you in a safe and non-judgmental space to discover where you may be stuck, explore strategies to create the change you desire and foster hope and courage.
