My clients are adults that are ready to gain insights and make changes in their lives. My clients have an openness to express themselves as well as receive supportive reflections and feedback that will help guide them in the next steps towards their therapeutic goals.
My Background and Approach
I provide a safe, non-judgmental, and empowering environment for my clients. I hope that in our work together we can work on achieving your therapeutic goals. I utilize an eclectic approach meeting my clients where they are. I often use a strengths-based, human-centered, trauma-informed approach in working with my clients. I want my clients to feel validated, gain insights, and ultimately grow in a way that challenges and resonates for them.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a daughter and granddaughter of immigrants, I am keen on working with clients in marginalized communities, especially having first-hand experience. As a minority in my race, ethnicity, and sex, I believe that I utilize the strengths instilled within my family and empowering environments I have been a part of and help build that safe space for my clients.
