My role as a clinical therapist is to guide you in discovering your strengths, build stress resilience, improve relationships, heal from trauma and gain insight for change.
My Background and Approach
My clinical focus and expertise includes working with adults in addressing anxiety, depression, life transitions and relationship concerns, including narcissistic abuse. I have expertise in the treatment of addiction and supporting those in recovery as well as their loved ones. I use an accepting, honest and collaborative approach supporting clients in finding greater understanding and meaning while navigating life’s transitions.

My therapeutic style encourages a relationship and environment of trust and understanding, empowering clients to live purposeful lives. Sessions are warm, relatable and informative allowing clients to develop meaningful insight and create effective change. Through support and encouragement, clients are aided in achieving a sense of peace and satisfaction in their lives.
