My Background and Approach
My clinical focus and expertise includes working with adults in addressing anxiety, depression, life transitions and relationship concerns, including narcissistic abuse. I have expertise in the treatment of addiction and supporting those in recovery as well as their loved ones. I use an accepting, honest and collaborative approach supporting clients in finding greater understanding and meaning while navigating life’s transitions.

Sessions are warm, relatable and informative allowing clients to develop meaningful insight and create effective change.
