Hypnotherapy uses guided relaxation, intense concentration, and focused attention to achieve a heightened state of awareness that is sometimes called a trance. The person's attention is so focused while in this state that goals can become "knowns" to the subconscious mind and this become far easier to achieve and make forward progress or positive and permanent change.

I work with infertility, labor & delivery (hypnobirthing), postpartum depression, low self esteem, weight management, relationship/ family stress, overwhelm and self sabotage and more. Often women are not able to cope with these issues on their own. My job is to assist you in coming to terms with your unique situation, improving health and mental well-being, creating and implementing SMART goals to move forward.

While we cannot always control what happens, we can begin to have more control over our reactions to what happens. I believe that an important part of moving through change is increasing your inner resiliency. When you are resilient, you are better able to cope with the stress and uncertainty that change often brings. You can better regulate your body’s responses to change and create a sense of balance and control. I provide practical tools that help in a safe and nurturing environment.
