I enjoy working with adult individuals and teens. Some of my specialties include anxiety, trauma, depression, and life adjustments/transitions (grief, divorce, moving, job changes, new school, and medical illness), though I am trained to work with a variety of mental health related issues. I want you to feel heard and that your thoughts, feelings, and experiences matter. Together we can work to find balance, and you can accomplish your goals and heal.

I take a non-judgmental, empathic, compassionate, mindful, affirming, sensitive, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed approach. Our office is LBGTQIA+ allied and is known to be open to all ethnicities, nationalities, gender expressions, sexual orientations, alternative relationship styles, and religious/faith preferences. ALL are welcome; ALL will feel safe.
