About My Clients
Life as a neurodivergent person can feel like a tightrope walk. There are so many obstacles in the way of accessing things that should be basic like education, meaningful work, and genuine connection with others. In therapy, I try to create a secure and understanding environment where folks can explore and challenge these beliefs, recognizing that their experiences are shaped by societal norms rather than individual failings.
My Background and Approach
I work with individuals who are neurodivergent or exploring the possibility that they might be. This broad umbrella includes Autism, AuDHD, OCD, and more. I also support people navigating complex experiences of grief. I use a combination of ACT, parts work, and DBT skills with clients, depending on an agreed upon approach.
