About My Clients

My clients include a variety of cultures, sexualities, genders, and abilities. Much of my work is with adults in varying relational structures and I hold a keen interest in working with those who are exploring sex and intimacy within their relationships. I additionally support individuals who are on their own journeys of healing past wounding, trauma, and grief/loss. I am honored to accompany clients first stepping into the therapeutic space and those who are reconnecting with past work.

My Background and Approach

I received my M.A. in Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapy with a specialization in Sex Therapy from Lewis & Clark College in July 2021. My major coursework focused on the areas of systems theory, couple and family therapy, sex therapy, family and child development, law and ethics, substance abuse, clinical assessment, and diagnosis. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Arizona. Previously, I’ve worked within the non-profit space in New York City and Houston, Texas, where I focused on coalition building between the Jewish and Latinx communities. During this time, I was drawn to the stories I witnessed and meaningful relationships I formed, leading me to a career in relational systemic therapy. As a couples and family therapist, my work is rooted in systemic theory and I see individuals, their relationships, and their social contexts as deeply intertwined.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As your therapist I value an authentic and trusting process that is grounded in the inherent human need for relational security. I consider emotional experiencing to be a valuable piece of the therapeutic process and will seek to move towards emotion in the room with compassion and curiosity. I lean into the corrective experience that therapy provides and believe interpersonal patterns that you might find yourself stuck in will show up in the room during our time together. We will identify these patterns, their connection to your experiences, and together craft new ways for you to move through the world. I will often illuminate the wider societal systems that may be impacting you or your relationships, which I view as an integral part of practicing therapy from a socially just and equitable lens.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
