About My Clients
I work best with children, teens and adults who feel overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, or life transitions. Many of my clients struggle with managing emotions, navigating relationships, or finding confidence in themselves. I provide a supportive space to explore challenges, build coping skills, and create meaningful change. Together, we focus on developing balance, resilience, and healthier ways to move forward in daily life.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in New York State with experience providing individual therapy through telehealth. My background includes supporting clients of all ages in managing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, ADHD, and life transitions. I specialize in helping clients build coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen relationships. Drawing from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based practice, I tailor each session to meet your unique needs and goals. My role is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make positive changes. With a compassionate and collaborative style, I work alongside you to build confidence, resilience, and practical tools you can carry into daily life. My goal is to help you not only navigate challenges but also create lasting growth and balance.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am passionate about creating a therapy space that is inclusive, affirming, and culturally sensitive. I strongly support LGBTQ+ rights, racial equity, and mental health advocacy. I believe in the importance of social connection, self-compassion, and resilience, and I strive to bring these values into every session. Outside of work, I volunteer with local community mental health initiatives and support causes that promote well-being and access to care. I am committed to walking alongside my clients in a nonjudgmental, empowering way, helping them feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges.
