Together, we'll identify what's keeping you stuck, manage overwhelming emotions, strengthen boundaries, improve relationships, and build greater confidence and self-worth. Using IFS, parts work, inner child healing, CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed therapy, we'll address both the symptoms you're experiencing today and the deeper patterns driving them. My goal is for you to leave therapy with practical strategies, greater self-awareness, and lasting change. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As someone who has navigated ADHD, cultural identity challenges, and the unique pressures of life as a Latinx male, I understand how family expectations, people-pleasing, perfectionism, self-criticism, and the pressure to always "have it together" can take a toll on your mental health. I also understand what it's like to feel caught between cultures, struggle with focus and motivation, question your self-worth, or feel disconnected from who you truly are. My goal is to create a space where you can show up authentically without judgment. I believe therapy should be both supportive and transformative—a place where you feel understood while also being challenged to grow. Together, we'll explore the deeper patterns that keep you stuck, heal unresolved wounds, develop healthier boundaries, strengthen relationships, and build greater confidence, self-compassion, and emotional resilience.
