Grief is a natural but often overwhelming response to loss. In therapy, I provide a safe, supportive space to process painful emotions and navigate the changes grief brings. Existential therapy explores the deeper questions of life—meaning, purpose, freedom, and responsibility. I help clients face life’s challenges with honesty and courage, supporting them as they clarify values and discover authentic ways of living. Using an integrative approach, I combine this exploration with practical tools from other therapies, empowering clients to find direction and create lives that feel intentional and meaningful.
