I work with individuals 18 and older who are dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, a life transition or any combination of these issues and have reached the point where they want to make a change.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centered focusing on every individual’s unique strengths and needs. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy. Sessions are 45-60 minutes and offer a safe and supportive space where clients can feel heard, validated, and empowered to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. If you are looking for a therapist who will meet you where you are, support you in your journey, and help you achieve your goals, please don't hesitate to reach out. I offer a free consultation to see if we are a good fit and I am committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive space for everyone. Appointments are currently evening only and fully remote. While I currently do not accept insurance, many insured clients can apply for reimbursement through their health insurance.
