I’m a licensed Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over six years of experience in mental health care. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychiatric Nursing and lead Modern Approach Psychiatry, offering outpatient mental health services in Florida and New York. My specialties include anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, and addiction. I focus on mental health screening, diagnosis, medication management, and psychotherapy, providing tailored, patient-centered care. My practice is rooted in empathy, open communication, and evidence-based approaches, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment for all clients.
