About My Clients
My clients are individuals who wish to make changes to their lives by working through struggles such as trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression and ADHD. I also often work with couples on relationship, parenting and family concerns. Therapy is individualized and customized to meet each client's needs and to assist them to reach their fullest potential and meet their goals.
My Background and Approach
My background offers a variety of experiences, from community mental health services to private group practice to private solo practice. My approach to therapy is individualized and works with where a client is at to help them get to where they are going in life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My personal belief is that everyone has a change to live the life they desire. I possess an open mind and believe that everyone is capable of becoming exactly what they wish to be.
