About My Clients

I specialize in supporting adults in Austin who carry heavy responsibility and want more than surface coping. I work with people facing complex trauma or PTSD, executives and people-leaders facing stress and toxic workplace issues, and caregivers at home or in the workplace. I also support clients exploring ketamine-assisted therapy and psychedelic integration in a safe, grounded, and clinically responsible way.

My Background and Approach

I offer depth-oriented therapy for adults navigating complex trauma, burnout, and nervous system overwhelm. My approach is somatically grounded and neurobiologically informed, and rooted in exploring meaning, purpose, and self-agency. We work to relieve distress and to reconnect you with vitality and wholeness. Before becoming a therapist, I spent decades in executive leadership roles and have also walked the road of family caregiving. These lived experiences shape my ability to connect with professionals, leaders, and caregivers who are carrying heavy responsibility while quietly struggling inside. My training includes NARM (Certified Master Level, Level 3), Somatic Experiencing (SEP trainee, Intermediate level), Internal Family Systems, Coherence Therapy, STAIR Method Level 2, MAPS Zendo Project SIT training for psychedelic integration and harm reduction, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I work with people who shoulder significant emotional, organizational, and relational responsibility, including executives, healthcare professionals, educators, family caregivers, and anyone carrying long-term trauma and/or PTSD. Carrying burdens for a long time often leaves them tired of living in survival mode and ready to feel whole again. My stance is relational, attachment-focused, and trauma-informed. I value presence over performance, curiosity over judgment, and pacing that honors your nervous system. I integrate somatic practices and brain-based frameworks with psychodynamic depth, always in service of helping clients find deeper meaning, integrity, and resilience.
