I moved from Pittsburgh to Bluffton, SC in 2021 with my wife and cats. I use humor and story-telling and a cognitive behavioral approach to help you get the heck out of therapy as quickly as possible.
I use proven CBT and REBT concepts and techniques to teach coping skills to help you reduce/eliminate anxiety.
It is okay to be angry. It is not okay to be aggressive when angered. I help you acquire and consistently utilize coping skills to help you eliminate inappropriate displays of aggression.
Teens keep you humble, right? Since 2005, I have worked with thousands of teens, helping them to think long-term, set goals, and work toward achieving them while improving positive interactions at home.
