About My Clients
Sometimes the problems people are struggling with (depression, anxiety, grief/loss, addiction, etc.) can also disconnect them from the relationships that might help them to heal. I have worked with individuals, couples, and families to manage significant problems. I help people struggling in their relationships, trauma, domestic violence, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, & addiction. I also work with athletes and those involved in the creative process who feel stuck and challenged.
My Background and Approach
Problems limit our choices, I help people to discover new possibilities. I work relationally to assist those struggling to overcome trauma, anxiety, sadness, or relationship distress. I help those in relationships work through challenges. I help those struggling with problems that arise from continued attempts to comply with family and social "norms."
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
At times, we all need help with everyday challenges --and even more so with serious problems and life events. I believe it takes courage to reach out for help, especially in a culture that emphasizes self-reliance and independence.
