My Background and Approach
I’m a board-certified psychiatrist with years of experience helping adults work through depression, anxiety, trauma, and ADHD. My training has allowed me to understand not only the science behind mental health but also the human side of recovery. Clients benefit from a thoughtful approach that integrates medication management with a careful consideration of when less medication—or even deprescribing—may be appropriate. I supervise a team at Century City Psychiatry, ensuring every client in our group practice receives consistent, high-quality care. Beyond clinical care, I’m passionate about mental health education and use social media to share accurate, stigma-reducing information with the broader community. I also support initiatives that increase access to care and reduce barriers for those who may feel overlooked or misunderstood by traditional systems. My goal is always to meet clients where they are, honor their values, and work together toward meaningful change.
