About My Clients
My clients are high functioning people motivated to making lasting changes in a brief period of time. Most are very busy with daily life but may be lacking balance or satisfaction; they are willing to put in the time and effort needed to be successful in therapy.
My Background and Approach
I have extensive experience as mental health counselor, certified life coach, and substance use counselor, working with individuals and families to enhance their lives and relationships. I create a warm, non-judgmental environment that allows you to feel heard and understood. My approach is person centered, solution focused, and strength based. I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, coaching, and meditation.
