About My Clients
If you are going through anything difficult in your life and need someone to listen, or you feel like you are overwhelmed, anxious, stressed, or going through grief, I can assist you with that. I can understand what that feels like and can provide support.
My Background and Approach
We will work collaboratively to address the situation that you are going through. I will provide you will tools and resources to assist. I use multiple approaches in order to provide the best assistance possible. I incorporate aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Client Centered therapy to name a few.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that counseling should be something that is open to everyone and that cost should not have to be a factor when deciding whether to attend therapy.
