My Background and Approach
My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply personal. I believe therapy should feel like a safe place to set down what you’ve been carrying and begin to breathe again. Together, we’ll explore your story, the patterns that keep showing up, and the feelings that have been hard to manage. I’ll bring in tools from CBT, IFS, and person-centered therapy—practical techniques you can use in daily life, along with gentle exploration to help you better understand yourself. We’ll move at your pace, starting with what feels most pressing while also creating space to heal the deeper wounds. My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling calmer, stronger, and more connected to who you are, with tools you can carry into every part of your life.

I know how important it is to feel truly seen and accepted, especially when life feels heavy or overwhelming. My values are rooted in compassion, honesty, and creating a space where you don’t have to hide any part of yourself. I care deeply about making therapy accessible and breaking the stigma that keeps so many people from reaching out for help. I’m passionate about supporting people who feel stuck, misunderstood, or weighed down by past experiences, because I know how hard it can be to carry those feelings alone.
