About My Clients
I work with clients who are navigating the messiness of change: new identities, new relationships, new environments—and all the anxiety, confusion, and overthinking that comes with it. My goal? To help you feel less lost, more grounded, and a little more “you” every session.
My Background and Approach
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10 years supporting individuals with change. First in schools, now in private practice. I blend real-world experience with a supportive, down-to-earth approach to help you feel more grounded and capable. We will engage in processing, reflection, and solution focused approaches to help you build awareness and find strategies to make things better.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone has the capacity to grow—sometimes we just need the right relationship, the right reflection, and a safe space to be fully ourselves. I’m a queer, left-leaning therapist who values open-mindedness, honest conversation, and meeting people where they are—even when our views don’t match. I’ve worked with folks from all walks of life and believe that connection, curiosity, and a bit of humor go a long way. Outside the therapy room, you’ll find me walking my dog Penny, singing show tunes, or decompressing with TikTok after a full day of feelings.
