My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Psychotherapist who works with clients who know something in not working in their lives and want to take steps to change what is not working. I am a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in addiction, trauma, anxiety and depression. My passion is helping others increase their quality of lives while creating the sustainable changes they desire.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that help should be available to all of those who need and want it at an affordable rate. I also believe that each person brings their own strengths to the therapeutic alliance and I honor and meet clients where they are.
