My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with more than a decade of experience. I am the Associate Director of the Anxiety and Stress Disorders Institute of Maryland. Nearly 100% of my practice is helping people with OCD, anxiety disorders or depression. I am a Clinical Fellow with the Anxiety and Depression Association of America and an active member of the International OCD Foundation. My entire career is dedicated to understanding, treating, and advocating for those with anxiety, OCD and depression. I am passionate about providing evidence-based treatments, which means my clients can be reassured that they will be getting the most rigorously tested and effective treatments available.
