I truly believe therapy is for all. You do not need to be in a crisis to have a secure, comfortable space with a trusted person who will listen with undivided attention, help you help yourself through life’s many obstacles. As an art therapist and LGBTQIA+ community member, I also believe everyone is creative in their own right, as well as individual, and harness this in helping my clients to achieve deeper understanding as they navigate said challenges.
