With close to 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I have learned to utilize a strengths-based perspective along with a client-centered approach with my patients, however depending on your situation, needs, and individual symptoms I will utilize my realm of skills to meet your needs and collaborate on a plan that best fits your needs. I utilize treatment from CBT, DBT, EMDR and several other approaches to best meet your needs and symptoms.
