About My Clients
My focus is on helping people who are dealing with significant life changes, whether that is contemplating a new career, navigating relationship issues, or searching for a greater sense of purpose. I treat anxiety, depression, ADHD, and practice Gottman Method couples counseling. I am especially passionate about helping those who are grieving the loss of a loved one.
My Background and Approach
My approach to counseling includes treating all my clients with unconditional positive regard. I believe that most of us are trying to do the right thing and make good decisions in our lives, but sometimes don’t have the best tools for the job at hand, which is where counseling comes in. Together we will work to understand how your past experiences have contributed to the person you are today and identify the best tools for helping you become the person you most want to be.
