About My Clients
Do you feel frustrated with therapy that focuses only on validating your feelings without offering practical solutions, or with therapists who don’t seem to fully understand the depth of what you're going through? I’m here to offer both deep understanding and actionable tools. Together, we’ll explore the root of your struggles and find meaningful solutions, so you can navigate your emotions with confidence and move forward with peace.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor and graduate of Franciscan University, I specialize in trauma healing, emotionally focused couples therapy, and Carl Jung’s work. My clients often feel a deep sense of comfort from the first session, allowing us to dive into meaningful work together and transform struggles into stepping stones for a more peaceful, empowered life.

Even in the darkest moments, there is potential for light, for creativity, and for profound change. It’s not about erasing pain, but about learning to channel it into something meaningful. By accepting our limitations and embracing the parts of ourselves we’ve rejected, we can turn struggles into stepping stones for growth. Whether it's trauma, disconnection, or self-doubt, I believe in the capacity of the human spirit to overcome it all and find pea
