My Background and Approach
I have practiced in multiple capacities for over 12 years. As a graduate of a counseling psychology program, my focus as a psychologist is on not only alleviating your symptoms but enhancing your strengths and well-being through the therapeutic process. My work is informed by relational and cultural approaches, narrative practices, emotion-focused work, and some cognitive behavioral interventions. Additionally, I work from multiple critical psychology frameworks, recognizing liberation as part of psychological health and growth.
