Therapy for people who want to be understood, not fixed

Clinical Social Worker in Las Vegas, NV

About My Clients

People reach out for all kinds of reasons—anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship stress, grief, life transitions, or patterns around substances or habits that feel hard to change. Sometimes it’s a specific issue, and sometimes it’s just the sense that something isn’t working the way it used to. In our work, we don’t rush to label or “fix” you. We slow down and get curious about what your experience is trying to communicate, so you can meet it with more clarity and choice.

My Background and Approach

I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) offering online therapy in Nevada. My work has been intentionally eclectic, and I’ve supported people across many life experiences and challenges—including anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, trauma, grief, relationship strain, and patterns around addiction or substance use. I also work with men’s issues, life transitions, and the deeper questions that often arise around identity, purpose, and meaning. When appropriate, I also provide preparation and integration support for psychedelic experiences, with an emphasis on grounding insights into everyday life and relationships. My approach is grounded, conversational, and collaborative. Rather than relying on rigid methods or clinical labels, I focus on understanding your experience and helping you develop more clarity, steadiness, and flexibility in daily life. Therapy with me is a real conversation—one that makes room for honesty, complexity, and meaningful change over time.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I’m committed to the art of living—and to what the ancient philosophers called the good life: a life that is dynamic, meaningful, and lived with integrity. I believe we all have the capacity to live that kind of life, even when we’re in the middle of uncertainty, pain, or change. My aim as a therapist is to help people locate, cultivate, and live from their own sense of meaning. I believe meaning can be found in both joy and suffering. I try to hold a perspective that allows me to accept and appreciate what is—without judgment. Many people resonate with what Ram Dass called the “horrible beauty”: the reality that life can contain both horror and beauty at the same time. This work brings me face to face with undeniable suffering. And just as undeniable is the beauty I witness when people tell the truth, soften toward themselves, and begin to change. To ignore suffering is negligence, and to disregard beauty is reckless. I believe we can connect with our suffering in a way that leads
