About My Clients
The challenges clients face at work, in marriage, and within other personal relationships impact how we think and feel personally. My experience working in corporate jobs and in therapy helps me to establish rapport and connection with clients.
My Background and Approach
I believe the therapeutic relationship is central to effective therapy. Creating a safe and respectful space enables us to build trust and set realistic, achievable goals together. I help clients better understand patterns, strengthen coping skills, and move forward with greater confidence and intention. Sessions are conversational, collaborative, and focused on real-life application — not just talking, but making progress you can feel outside the therapy room. I combine clinical training with a real-world understanding of the pressures that adults and couples face today. My focus is strengths-based with an emphasis on how our critical relationships impact our thinking and actions. I also believe the trust relationship between therapist and client is paramount to achieving desired outcomes. I will leverage my experience and education to support clients in a safe, secure place and work together to set realistic objectives.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I help adults and couples manage anxiety, relationship stress, and the pressures of work, family, and life transitions. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or struggling to think clearly under stress, you don't have to navigate it alone. I work collaboratively with clients to reduce anxiety, improve emotional clarity, and create practical steps toward meaningful change.
