My Background and Approach
I have interest and experience integrating the most effective, research-backed methods of therapy, including Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure Therapies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapies (CBT), and other Mindfulness and Self-Compassion-Based Therapies into my work with individuals and couples; however, I primarily operate from the framework of the IFS Therapy Model after witnessing and experiencing first-hand the vast amount of success this model brings to individuals and couples/families. I also specialize for those individuals who are interested in working with non-ordinary states of consciousness for healing, including ketamine-assisted therapy, and integration, such as for MDMA and Psilocybin-assisted therapy.
