About My Clients
Clients come to me to overcome symptoms of depression and anxiety, manage stress, improve confidence and self-esteem, and move through grief and other major life changes. I have extensive experience with substance use disorder treatment, intimate partner violence and trauma recovery, sexual health and gender dysphoria/transitioning. I work closely with the LGBTQ+ and HIV communities.
My Background and Approach
I use a holistic approach that blends a variety of cognitive behavioral, client-centered and trauma-informed techniques, and is tailored to you and your specific needs and issues. I am currently accepting adults clients for individual therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Human rights, equity, and empowerment are core values. I devote a significant portion of my practice to working with older adults and those seeking gender-affirming care. I'm also a rescue dog dad, musician, and a decent cook!
