About My Clients

At times, you may feel powerless in your relationship—you may at one point feel deeply in love and at another point wonder if you are destined to end. You may be feeling like you have tried everything, you may be feeling exhausted or as if you’re stuck. You may also be feeling scared and overwhelmed, unsure of how to move through this moment.

My Background and Approach

When you come in to therapy, we get to process all of these emotions and discuss ways to support you on your healing journey. We will work together to reinforce your boundaries, highlight your needs and make the changes you want. Many couples who engage in therapy may notice feeling more connected to their partner(s) and their own feelings, improvement in their communication and conflict management, and enhanced understanding of each other. By using a combination of existential therapy, narrative therapy, emotionally-focused therapy, and a combination of other theories, I hope to understand your story as a client and help to notice and change any patterns that aren't serving you in your relationships.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I come from the perspective that all behavior has meaning and that we can often tell a story to understand more about someone. I believe that couples who come to counseling are committed to making changes and listening to their partners' stories. I believe that those who meet me are ready to explore things deeper than they have before.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
