I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together, we identify unhelpful thought patterns and develop practical strategies to shift them, reduce distress, and build healthier coping skills. CBT is goal-oriented and evidence-based, supporting clients in making concrete changes that improve mood, anxiety, and day-to-day functioning.

I use Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help clients identify their strengths, clarify goals, and focus on what’s already working. Rather than spending extensive time on problems, we collaborate on practical, forward-moving steps toward meaningful change. This approach supports clients in building momentum, recognizing resilience, and creating realistic solutions that fit their lives and values.
