About My Clients

I help self-aware adults and couples move beyond insight into meaningful, lasting change. My clients are thoughtful, growth-oriented people who have done personal work yet still find themselves looping in familiar relational or emotional patterns. Many are navigating relationship challenges, identity shifts, burnout, anxiety, or struggles with boundaries, and want support that’s compassionate, grounded, and helpful.

My Background and Approach

I bring nearly a decade of clinical experience and more than 18 years of teaching and mentoring, supported by master’s degrees in both teaching and clinical mental health counseling. My background in education taught me how people learn, grow, and relate—insight that deeply informs my therapeutic work. Clinically, I draw from attachment theory, nervous-system awareness, emotionally focused principles, and mindfulness-based approaches. I believe meaningful change begins with self-acceptance; judgment and old coping strategies often block the progress we seek. In our work, we’ll explore patterns with curiosity rather than criticism, making space for new, more resilient ways of relating to yourself and others. My style is active, warm, and honest—I don’t sit silently or offer quick advice. Instead, I collaborate with you to understand what’s happening beneath the surface and support you in creating lasting, meaningful change.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe we are all far more than any single identity. Being a trans man is an important part of who I am, but it isn’t the whole story—just one thread in a much larger tapestry of lived experience, growth, and becoming. I’m committed to creating a space where every part of a person’s identity is welcome, without reducing anyone (including myself) to a label. My values are rooted in compassion, curiosity, and non-dualism—the belief that seemingly opposing truths can coexist, and that healing often begins when we can hold nuance instead of collapsing into either/or thinking. I care deeply about helping people from different backgrounds, “tribes,” and worldviews understand each other with more generosity and less fear. I support LGBTQIA+ communities, relational health, and any effort that moves us toward a more connected and humane world. Above all, I believe in meeting people as they are, honoring their inherent dignity, and walking alongside them as they grow into more authentic versi
