About My Clients
I work with children ages 8 and older, adolescents, adults, college students, athletes, and parents of young athletes navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, and performance pressures. I also welcome individuals facing complex mental health challenges or difficult life circumstances, including criminal justice involvement and domestic abuse.
My Background and Approach
Outside of my work, sports are a big part of my life. I enjoy watching football, especially local high school games, playing basketball at the gym, and staying active. When I need to slow down, you'll often find me watching TV or taking a walk through the forest or along the beach. I also share my home with two dogs, Cat and Booger, who always bring a little extra character to daily life. I strive to provide affirming, inclusive care for people of all backgrounds and identities, including LGBTQ+ individuals. Most importantly, I want you to feel comfortable showing up as yourself, knowing that you will be met with compassion, curiosity, and respect. Wherever you are in your journey, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you work toward healing, growth, and a greater sense of well-being.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m someone who loves creativity and lifelong learning. In my free time, you’ll often find me reading, writing, crocheting, or working on hand-stitching projects. I enjoy thrifting for unique finds, relaxing with cozy TV shows, tackling DIY projects, and exploring new skills just for the fun of learning something different.
