My Background and Approach
I have over 7years of therapuetic experience, providing counseling services to children and families, navigating various life situations and circumstances. I am passionate about working with individuals within diverse communities, addressing issues such as anxiety, trauma, depression, identity, relationships, loss/grief and life transitions. I believe in Client-Centered therapy. You are your own expert of your life, and only you know the life and person you've envision. As a therapist, I'm here to walk this journey with you, providing a safe and empathetic environment, where you feel validated and empowered, to continue doing the work and become what you seek. Therapy is an investment of self, and every person has to be ready for the necessary change and intentionality which is needed to create and maintain a balanced life.
