About My Clients

I have a particular passion for working with adults who have experienced trauma. In addition to trauma, I also enjoy working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, relationship concerns, stress, and life transitions.

My Background and Approach

I earned my Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Traumatic Stress Psychology from Adler University. My approach to therapy is evidence-based, integrative, and trauma-informed. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed interventions.
