About My Clients

In my therapeutic work, I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, and neurodivergence. Additionally, I provide a trauma-informed approach to cultivate safety and acceptance for individuals of all ages navigating PTSD, CPTSD, and chronic stress. I aspire to support your healing in these areas and encourage growth amidst life's overwhelming challenges.

My Background and Approach

At this moment, you may be struggling with feelings of uncertainty, pressure, or worry. Perhaps you’d rather avoid this moment altogether. Taking this step can feel daunting, but my hope is to alleviate some of those feelings by embarking on that journey together. I integrate a person-centered, relational approach where you are the expert on your own self and lived experiences, and where my role is to honor your authentic self through commitment and compassion.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

At this moment, the weight of your struggles might feel like too much to hold alone. Through forming a strong therapeutic relationship and going at your pace, my ultimate hope is that we can lessen that heaviness together.
